That question led us to Yunnan. A province in southwest China with high-altitude terroir, volcanic soil, and a young but extraordinary coffee culture that the rest of the world is only just discovering. We're going there to find something special — and to bring it home.
We're heading to the mountains of Pu'er and Baoshan to visit farms, meet growers, and taste directly from the source.
